Handing over a new-build apartment is rarely smooth sailing. That’s exactly where we make a difference. Here’s a real-life example: the delivery of our client’s apartment last November in Estepona.

Taking care of everything… even from a distance
On November 12th, the deed was signed: our client didn’t even need to travel. Pierre, our lawyer, handled everything with the notary – and I was there to collect all the necessary documents and the full set of keys.
Behind the scenes of a stress-free move-in
The very next day, we kicked off the administrative marathon: setting up electricity and water accounts, all managed by our lawyer. Electricity? Installed in six days – not bad. Water? Two weeks of patience, follow-ups, and coordination with Pierre’s assistant to ensure everything was ready for the tenants’ arrival.
Meanwhile, we organized deliveries for furniture, kitchenware, bed linen… Our trusted team assembled, installed, and set up everything.
The unexpected: part of our daily life

Internet? Still not available – new neighborhood, no lines, unreachable provider… We follow up daily, mixing diplomacy, persistence (and sometimes, dark humor!).
On move-in day: no hot water. The boiler was only half-installed. Five days of tough negotiations with the developer (we really had to push), all while reassuring the tenants.
At this point, I’ve almost become a Saunier-Duval expert: I even ended up initializing a neighbor’s boiler when he didn’t know how. In real estate, you have to be ready for anything!
Result: total peace of mind for our client
One month later, the apartment is ready, rented, everything works… except for the internet, which will hopefully arrive soon. Our client? Informed at every step, never stressed, never had to lift a finger. We took care of everything as if it were our own place.
