Estelle & Will

We didn't plan to become estate agents. We planned to become residents.

 

In 2022, we left Brussels for Benahavís with our two daughters, Pauline and Zoé. Estelle came from the world of early childhood education in Belgium; Will from corporate catering consultancy and luxury hospitality. We had no real estate background. Just a dream of a different life under the Spanish sun.

 

Within six months, we'd bought our first apartment. We made custom improvements that transformed the property and created real added value. Eighteen months later, we sold it—for double what we paid—and reinvested in a brand-new off-plan project in Estepona.

 

Between those two transactions, we lived every step of the international buyer's journey: the school search (we were on a waiting list for a year and a half for Colegio Atalaya), the residency paperwork, the tax maze, the "why doesn't anyone explain this clearly?" frustrations.

And somewhere in that process, we realized: we could do things differently.

And most importantly, how to attract the right buyers—the ones who are serious, qualified, and ready to pay the right price.

You will only ever work with Estelle and Will.

 

No junior agents. No assistants who "handle the paperwork." No mysterious colleagues we need to "check with." From your first WhatsApp to your final signing—and years later when you need a trusted plumber or a school recommendation—it's us.

 

We speak fluent French, English, and Dutch—and we're learning Spanish, because you can't really live here without speaking it. We answer our phones. We personally visit every property we represent, because we won't sell you something we wouldn't buy ourselves—and we won't take a mandate for a property we can't sell with pride.

Not because we've studied a market report—because we live it. We know which neighborhoods are truly practical for daily life—and which ones require a car for everything. We've chosen quality over quantity.

We limit ourselves to five exclusive mandates at a time. It's unconventional, but it's intentional. When you're juggling 50 listings, you're processing transactions. When you focus on five, you're building partnerships.

For our sellers, this means: bespoke marketing, professional staging (our photographer Simone knows exactly how to showcase your property), precise targeting of qualified buyers, and our complete attention until the sale.

For our buyers, this means: no-pressure guidance, access to 95% of the Costa del Sol market, and honest advice—even when it costs us a commission.

We work with roughly 12 clients a year. 70% are Belgian, but they all share something in common: they value a personal, thoughtful approach over a transactional one.
